Can you see my personal, private, and confidential data?

The short honest answer is YES.  I can just as ease-ally see your data as you can.  With that said your privacy is very important to me.  I will never go roaming around your data.  I do not care to know how much you make or what your "hobbies" and internet pass-time activities are.  Now with that said...There are times when I need to access, based on your complaint,  Your internet history,  your documents folders or email, or if your issue involves pictures or videos those folders as well.  I have been in this field for over 30 years.  My clients range from attorneys, to plastic surgeons, to photographers, to law enforcement and politicians.   PC Crisis, Inc. is an Accredited member of the BBB as well.

How quick will my job be looked at? What is your turn-around?

 With few exceptions, your servicing will start the day you bring it in.  MOST services are completed within 24-48 hours.   

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept cash, instate checks (with ID), VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover,  AmericanExpress, Apple Pay, and PayPal. 

What brands do you service?

 We service ALL computer brands:  Dell, HP, Apple, Macintosh, Atari, Acer, ASUS, MSI, Lenovo, IBM, Toshiba, Sony, eMachine, Gateway, iBuyPower and Custom Builds. 

Do you sell computers?

 Yes. We offer higher-end, custom-built, gaming platforms, engineering workstations, and Multi-monitor day trader systems. 

Do you sell used computers?

 No. We did years ago, but it just isn't worth it today, since you can buy a brand new system for $300.00 at retail.

 No.  That doesn't mean we are not well stocked or lacking access to 

I want to purchase a new computer; what specs do you recommend?

 

For your basic home computer we currently recommend at least an: 

Intel I5 or I7 processor

8 GB of ram or more but no less

A 500 GB or larger hard drive or similar size solid state drive
